Switched at Birth
The Gay Librarian wrote me an email: “Did I ever tell u that you look like Alan Tudyk?” Tudyk was in the film “3:10 to Yuma” which I saw this weekend. Didn’t know it was a remake of a 1950’s movie though. I am not a huge fan of westerns - but I really loved this one. It had a lot of depth of character and kept my attention for the entire film.
I don’t recall if he had told me that in the past but I have heard that on rare occasions from others. When I was in Australia in April/May, I heard from two different people that I looked like Michael Emerson from “Lost.” I think it’s mostly in the eyes. I was hoping beyond all hope it was that Dominic Monaghan guy but no luck. What do you think? Who have you been told you look like? And do you think I look like these guys?

I can definitely see the resemblance to Alan Tudyk and a little bit of resemblance to Michael Emerson, too. People tell me I look like so many different people (who all look quite different from one another) - Sharon Stone, Mary Louise Parker, Liz Phair - kind of a wacky mix!

I’ve been told fairly often that I look like Gary Oldman. Not the old lady with a bun Gary Oldman from Dracula. Other Gary Oldmans.
