OMG AS in CT!
Read an interesting article today in the Chicago Tribune (the CT in the title of this post if you haven’t guessed) called: “Libraries using IMs to attract young clients” and it was nice to see the positive outlook by this large library system on IM usage in the library. The AS of course refers to Aaron Schmidt of Walking Paper fame. This library might serve as an example to other libraries interested in implementing something like this…but check out libsuccess.org as well for more examples.
